The Bill (Reg. No6007) suggest inclusion into the Family Code of Ukraine the norm, pursuant to which "a father that is out of wedlock and whose paternity is established, is obliged to take a baby from the maternity hospital or another medical care establishment if it is not done by a mother of a baby."
The Bill is aimed at the protection of a child´s interests and is supposed to reduce quantity of orphan children and children deprived of the parental care.
